Since 1995, Cape Bottle Co. has been a distributor of the highest quality glass and plastic containers available on the market. We are confident you will find the perfect packaging for your needs in our extensive product lines. However, if you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase at Cape Bottle Co. you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 7 days. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unused/unopened item(s) only. Sale items and special order items cannot be returned.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase. This could include your packing slip, receipt, a copy of your order confirmation email or a copy of your return confirmation email. If your order was missing an item or contained the wrong item we ask that you notify us within 7 days from your order date. Items that break prior to use or have any product defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement.
Contact your Cape Bottle Co. consultant for all returns. Exchanged item(s) will be replaced with the same item(s). If the item is not available, you may choose another item(s) of equal value. This or any guarantee made by Cape Bottle Co. does not cover items after they are in use.
Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned item(s) at our Distribution Center. Once we process your return, your refund will be available 8-10 business days later depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Did you pay your consultant with cash or check? If so, please contact him or her as they will need to refund you directly.
Orders are processed until 4pm EDT each business day. Orders placed after 4pm EDT will not be processed until the following business day. Order processing typically takes one business day. It is important to note that a processing day is not counted as a shipping day.
The shipping time-line is based on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will be notified by the email on your account once your order has been shipped.
We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. The carrier chosen for individual orders is based on the location and delivery time of your order and cannot be chosen by customers. On the occasion that an unforeseen delay occurs we will work with the customer to see that the order arrives as soon as possible.
Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to processing. We do this so we can ship your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to cancel an order after it has been submitted. We are only able to cancel an order if supplies are backordered with the supplier/manufacturer. We apologize for this inconvenience, and encourage you to speak with us if you have any questions or concerns prior to placing an order.
The information we collect on our website is used specifically to enable us to offer our goods and services to you the customer. Information may also be used to help us improve our services through marketing and communication with you. We do not share your information with outside parties except for credit card processing and shipping services. Our vendors are all PCI compliant and take the utmost care when handling your private information.
We abide by all standards of privacy protection of personal information under penalty of Massachusetts law.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site email@example.com. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and posted via a US mail carrier, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
These terms and conditions are governed by U.S. and Massachusetts state law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from Cape Bottle Co. and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by laws of the State of Massachusetts. You and we both agree that the courts of Massachusetts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such claims or disputes.
